Hi there, Robert, and welcome to planDisney! I couldn't be happier that you've stopped by with this great question. You must be getting so excited for your time in Florida! I'm thrilled that you're going to be able to squeeze in an evening at the Most Magical Place on Earth during your travels! My family often spends part of our summer vacation at a nearby beach, and we like to sneak over to Walt Disney World Resort for dinner at least once.
Robert, you'll be happy to know that you don't need a
Disney Theme Park ticket or
Disney Resorts Collection hotel booking in order to dine at
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera. This restaurant is located at
Disney's Riviera Resort, meaning all you need is an
Advance Dining Reservation. These can be made 60 days in advance, so go ahead and set a reminder to make that reservation! The only time you need a Disney Theme Park ticket is when you're actually needing to enter one of the four theme parks.
There are many amazing restaurants within the parks, though Topolino's Terrace is conveniently located outside of the parks. Whether you choose to drive or use a ride share service, you'll need to show your Advance Dining Reservation to the Security attendant at the front gate in order to gain entry to the Resort. Advance Dining Reservations can be cancelled with no penalty up to two hours before the reservation, just in case your plans change.
You're also welcome to head over to
Disney Springs during your visit, where you can park for free and explore the shopping and dining options available there. Disney Springs is the perfect place to shop for souvenirs!
Robert, I hope you have a great time at Topolino's Terrace. If you happen to fall in love with Walt Disney World Resort and would like to learn more about booking a vacation, please stop back by planDisney. We are here and happy to help!
Bon appetit!
Jennifer
