How do you go about deciding table service restaurant reservations - when you are not sure how the days are going to flow? we do have reservations for 2 dinner shows and cirque; but I mean the restauarants ex) german beirgarten; any suggested restaurants

It can be tough, Marianna.  The way I do it, is to put an itinerary in place and plan my dining reservations around it.  Once I've secured all of my reservations, I'm kind of committed to my itinerary, so we really don't sway from it too much.  Guests who purchase the park hopper option have slightly more flexibility because they can keep either the afternoon or evening open for whatever might sound good in the moment, and still adhere to dining reservations the rest of the time.

As for suggested restaurants, I really love Epcot eateries.  Teppan Edo, Via Napoli, and Le Cellier are family favorites.  Jiko (at Animal Kingdom Lodge) is also very good and Mama Melrose in Hollywood Studios offers tasty, casual meals in a relaxing setting.  Good luck with your choices!
