    Where can I go to customize my magic bands in advance? Also, is it possible to "charge" stuff to our room or have stuff delivered to our room?

    Greetings, Miriah, it's so nice to see you back at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we thank you for your excellent question regarding customizing your MagicBands.

    One of the many benefits you'll have as a Disney Resort Hotel Guest is the convenience of charging merchandise on your MagicBand and then having your packages sent back to your Disney Resort Hotel where typically they will be waiting for you at the gift shop. Keep your receipt handy as the Cast Member will ask to see it when you arrive to pick up your packages the next day.

    Customizing the MagicBands in your travel party is easy online through My Disney Experience, simply go into "My Account" in the drop-down menu, look for "MagicBands and Cards" and follow the prompts to customize each MagicBand from your My Family & Friends list.

    Miriah, please note that you should begin customizing your MagicBands with your favorite color and name as soon as you have booked your Disney Resort Hotel and have a confirmation number. If customization occurs 11 days before your arrival at your Disney Resort Hotel, the MagicBands will be shipped to your home. If customization occurs between 10 days and 6 days before your arrival at your Disney Resort Hotel, then your MagicBands will be waiting for you at the Front Desk during your check-in. If you forgo customization altogether, you will receive your non-customized MagicBand upon your arrival at your Disney Resort Hotel.
