Can you go to a counter service restaurant or a non reservation restaurant at a Disney resort that you are not staying at?

    Hello Mary!

I love exploring Walt Disney World Resorts, especially those I am not staying at during my vacation! There are many incredible Quick Service (Counter Service) and Table Service restaurants in the Walt Disney World Resorts.

Yes, you can eat inside a Walt Disney World Resort at any Quick Service location even if you are not staying there. If you are driving a vehicle to get to that Resort, you will need to stop at security (typically a small building at the resort entrance with gates that lift and give access to the Resort) and tell them that you desire to eat at a Quick Service location inside the Resort. You may have to give the Cast Member at security your photo ID, such as a driver's license and your name. My tip is to take Walt Disney World transportation from one of the theme parks directly to the Resort where you want to try the quick service at.

I hope you have a blast trying some Quick Service dining locations on your next Walt Disney World vacation!
