Where do I go to change a profile

Hiya, Sandy! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for sharing your question with us!

Walt Disney World has a lot of useful tools and resources you can use for booking and managing your next vacation, and your MyDisney account might be the most important. Let’s jump right in and make sure you have the info you need to keep yours up to date!

You can access your profile information through the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience mobile app. Starting with the website (and make sure you’re logged in to start), look for the My Disney Experience tab near the upper right corner of the home page. A drop-down menu should appear when you hover your cursor over the tab and you’ll see your name at the top of the menu with a link that says “profile” just below. Click the profile link, and you’ll be able to access your profile information, including name, contact information, and your family and friends list.

You can also change profile information through the My Disney Experience mobile app. Just choose the menu icon (the three lines) at the bottom right corner of the screen, scroll down to the account category, and select “profile.” If you need assistance with your profile or the My Disney Experience app, don’t hesitate to call the App and MagicBand Support phone line to speak with a friendly Cast Member.

I hope you find this information useful, Sandy. Don’t hesitate to come back if you have more vacation planning questions. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!

    Magical travels!
