    When I go to my Castaway Cay to view past cruises it does not do it. What can I do to see them?

    Ahoy to a fellow Castaway Club member! Whether you are Silver with a few cruises, or a serious cruiser at Platinum status, welcome aboard! 

    Currently when you check your Castaway Club information on the Disney Cruise Line website, you will see the number of completed cruises, your club level, and your club benefits. It is not listing your past cruises with dates and stateroom numbers like it had in the past. 

    Hakuna Matata, no worries, the information still is stored, but you will need to contact Disney Cruise line for the details. Feel free to call or send an email to request detailed information of your cruise history. 

    If you are looking at your cruise history, hopefully you are planning your next at-sea adventure! Fall 2023 itineraries have been released, so browse through your options to see where you might sail next.
