    Where do I go to cancel a reservation

    Hi Barbara,

    Your My Disney Experience account is your best resource for managing your Walt Disney World Resort vacation plans.

    Are you looking to cancel a theme park reservation that you made through the Disney Park Pass system? You can sign in to your My Disney Experience account and go to your "Plans and Tickets" page. You'll see your "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and your "Daily Itinerary" tab. On your Daily Itinerary tab, you'll see your theme park reservations. For each theme park reservation, you'll see a "View Details" button. When you click on a "View Details" button,  you will see the detailed Park Pass information, as well as a link that will allow you to "Cancel This Reservation." If you choose to cancel a reservation, you will be able to select specific Guests for whom you wish to cancel the theme park reservation.
