Where can I go or who can I call about getting ingredient lists for foods in Disneyland? I don't want to waste our precious park time squinting my eyes at lists when I can do it from home and prepare beforehand. My family has many food allergies.

    Hello Shannon!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week.

If you have food allergies or need some assistance with the food and ingredients, I would definitely call Disneyland Resort’s Special Dietary Requests department. My youngest is gluten/dairy free and I thought it would be a little challenging to find options for him, but was pleasantly surprised at all of the choices we had!

At the various restaurants located inside the parks, you can ask to speak to a chef if you have concerns over the ingredients and options available to you as well. We do this with my son and always get such helpful advice from the Chef and Cast Members.

I hope this is helpful and please let me know if you need anything else as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
