    Can you go to California grill for a late dessert/appertizers and drinks ? Or will it be frowned upon?

    Hi Nicole!

    You can most certainly visit the California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort for a a lighter meal. I've visited just for the appetizers and it was no problem at all. You can also try to snag a seat in the lounge area (first come, first served) and enjoy the full California Grill menu. The lounge and bar area does fill up quickly, especially towards the end of the evening when Wishes Nighttime Spectacular takes place. 

    Enjoy your time at California Grill, Nicole. It's one of my favorite dining spots in Walt Disney World!
