    When I go to book individual parks ,says we are ineligible to book why would this be all our park tickets have been updated and are correct

I'm here to help you prepare for your time in the theme parks, so let's figure out why you're seeing an error message when attempting to create theme park reservations.

    Ian, in order to enter a Walt Disney World Resort theme park, a Guest must have both valid theme park admission as well as a theme park reservation for the day and theme park they intend to visit. I understand that you're experiencing difficulty making your theme park reservations. Two ideas come to mind: Have you linked your theme park tickets in My Disney Experience? If not, you'll need to link your tickets to your account before you'll be able to create theme park reservations. You can confirm that your tickets are linked by clicking the "My Disney Experience" tab on the Walt Disney World Resort website, then selecting the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" tab under "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." If your tickets are listed here and indicate that they're assigned to the correct individuals, then you're good to go!

    If you've already linked your tickets, is it possible that you've also already made theme park reservations for your tickets? You can check by navigating to the "My Disney Experience" tab on the Walt Disney World Resort website, then scrolling down to the "Daily Itinerary" tab in the section titled "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Do you see any theme park reservations listed here? If so, then this means you've already created reservations for your existing tickets. You're welcome to modify them from this screen if you'd like!
