As a fellow U.K. resident, I know that we cannot book Enchanting Extras like Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique appointments through the Walt Disney World website or over the U.K. Disney phone number. I have previously used the chat function within
My Disney Experience App (scroll and open the Chat With Us tab), where a helpful Cast Member suggested that you can attempt to book an appointment, subject to availability.
Speaking of availability, the experiences at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique are hugely popular, but plans can and do change frequently, meaning Guests amend or cancel their reservations. If you can't make a booking, once at Walt Disney World, please stop by Guest Relations (available throughout the Resort) to see if the helpful Cast Members can find availability that suits you at the Boutique. I'm sending all my pixie dust wishes so that you can secure an appointment.

royalty, there are plenty of opportunities. I highly recommend
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in EPCOT for fantastic food in an enchanting medieval castle with special Princess appearances.
