Where do you go for birthday and first visit pins?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Harry!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and are honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! There’s just something special about that first glimpse of the parks, the smell of popcorn in the air, and the sound of cheerful music drifting through every corner. So grab your Mickey ears, charge your phone for all the photos you’ll take, and get ready for a trip filled with laughter, surprises, and unforgettable Disney moments!

Oh, this is such a "practically perfect in every way" question because nothing says “I’m at Disney World!” like proudly wearing a celebration pin!  Whether it’s your very first visit or your birthday, Mickey loves celebrating YOU. Do you want to know the best part? These pins are completely free, and Cast Members absolutely love spotting them! They will sprinkle you with extra smiles, warm wishes, and sometimes even a little surprise pixie dust.

You can pick up your birthday or first visit pin right at the front desk of your Disney Resort when you check in, as it’s often one of the enchanting touches they offer to start your stay off right. If you’re already in the parks, the easiest place to find them is at Guest Relations, located near the front entrance of every park. At Magic Kingdom, head to City Hall, which serves as the Guest Relations area and is the go-to spot for celebration pins. In EPCOT, stop by the Guest Relations building near Spaceship Earth, right as you enter the park. And over at Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom, you’ll find Guest Relations located just inside the main gates. Simply look for the information signs or ask a nearby Cast Member to point you in the right direction.

Want to know a fun, planDisney secret? Sometimes, even merchandise or shop locations have them tucked behind the counter. Just ask a Cast Member, and they’ll often make the MAGIC happen! Once you’ve got your pin, wear it proudly on your shirt, bag, or lanyard. You’ll be amazed at how many “Happy Birthdays!” or “Welcome to Disney!” greetings you’ll get throughout the day. It’s like the parks themselves are celebrating you! So go ahead and grab that pin, snap a photo in front of the castle, and get ready for a day filled with smiles, sparkles, and a little extra pixie dust!

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to let us know. We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
