Your daughter can ride many of the attractions with a feeding tube. I also want you to be aware that the Child Care areas can store any feeding supplies that you may need throughout the day or any equipment that don't need to carry with you all day in the parks. I would not suggest any of the fast moving attractions such as Space Mountain or Big Thunder Mountain though. If your family has any other disabilities, I would encourage you to visit Guest Relations at the Theme Park you are visiting for the day. They will be able to help you with any questions you may have and let you use a Guest Assistance Card which will allow you to bypass some of the long lines if this is a problem for your daughter. I know you visit will be truly magical, Moira! Please let me know if I can help you further.
Visit Walt Disney World Resort to explore the magic.
