We go in April for 10 days visit to WDWR with our 6 years old daughter (1st time!) but we haven’t decided yet about the dining plan since she does not eat much & bit picky. Would you still recommend the dining plan? Regards

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Patricia! We're so happy to hear from you again.

Personally, I love the Disney Dining Plans and would recommend one especially for your length of trip. Not only do the plans typically save you money, but they are also very convenient. I love the peace of mind I am given knowing that our meals and snacks are already budgeted for and not something I need to stress out about on our magical vacation.

I've also found that my kids tend to eat a bit more while at Walt Disney World Resort, simply because they're walking and exploring so much. Disney is also great at assisting with any allergies and even picky eaters. I'm confident there will almost always be something she'll like on the menu and if not, just ask if there is anyway to get something else. While they might not always be able to accommodate your request, they'll definitely try their best.

Please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with, Patricia, and thank you again for stopping by! Have a wonderful trip!

    Magical Wishes,

Meet the Panelist: Lauren, Colorado

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
