We want to go to Adventure Park one day and Disneyland one day. Is it best to get one day passes or the two day pass? Do we have to pick which park we want to do for each day? Thank you

Hey there, Jean! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel and asking your question.

I am so glad to hear that you plan to spend two days at the Disneyland Resort! You will get a nice flavor of both parks during your trip and if you use your time efficiently, you can see and do a lot of the items on your must-do list. If you plan to spend your two days at the parks within a consecutive 14-day period, you will most definitely want to purchase two-day tickets since it’s less expensive than purchasing two separate one-day tickets. It’s up to you which park you want to visit on which day. With a one park per day ticket you can visit just one park each day, but with a Park Hopper ticket, you can visit both parks during both days of your trip. Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are mere steps from each other so park hopping couldn’t be easier. Plus, having the ability to come and go from both parks allows you to keep your plans flexible.

I highly suggest that you purchase your tickets in advance online or on the Disneyland app. With your eTicket, you can head straight to park gates and skip the wait at a ticket booth. I also recommend that you add Disney MaxPass to your tickets. Disney MaxPass allows you to make FASTPASS selections from anywhere in the parks using the Disneyland app. It is mind-blowing how much time Disney MaxPass can save you. Further, any PhotoPass photos you have taken on a day that you are using MaxPass are included!

I hope this clarifies things for you. Happy planning!
