    I only want to go to the Adventure Park. When I made a reservation, I tried to check the calendar and the park's closing status, so I'm having a hard time. I'd like to visit either August 22, 23, 29, or 30.

    Welcome to planDisney. It sounds like you are planning an around-the-world adventure to visit the United States. I love that you are including Disneyland Resort in your plans!

    Disneyland Resort includes two theme parks, Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. They are right next door to each other, so if you get time, I encourage you to visit both! As far as operating hours, California Adventure Park is currently scheduled to be open for the following hours (all in Pacific Time) on those dates:

    • August 22, 2026 - 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
    • August 23, 2026 - 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
    • August 29, 2026 - 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
    • August 30, 2026 - 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    Operating hours are subject to change, so make sure to check the Hours & Events Calendar or Disneyland app for the most up-to-date information after arriving in the United States. 

    During the Halloween season, California Adventure Park often closes at 6:00 PM on Sundays for the spooktacular Oogie Boogie Bash! This separately ticketed Halloween party takes place in California Adventure Park on select nights and is so much fun! I highly recommend attending if you can! My kids love interacting with some of Disney's most beloved (or despised!) villains along the trick-or-treat trails, and I could spend hours wandering through Villains Grove. Guests can also dress up in costumes and enjoy lower wait times on many attractions. It's one of my most favorite events!
