    When can we go there

Hey there, hi there Maxine! Thanks for stopping by planDisney where you're always welcome as can be.

Hot dog! Today is the day! The Disneyland Resort theme parks are officially reopening today, April 30th. I'm glad to hEAR you're just as excited to visit as my fellow planDisney pals and I. Be sure to follow us on social media so you can experience the magic from home!

At this time, as per guidance from the State of California, both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are welcoming Guests who reside in the Golden State. If you have a California address associated with your Disney account and can confirm you currently live in-state, you can visit the theme parks as soon as you can secure tickets and a theme park reservation. Reservations to enter the theme parks are available through June 29th, so if you're looking to visit in July or later, feel free to purchase tickets now, and stay tuned for future reservation release dates by following the Disney Parks Blog and checking the Experience Updates page.

I hope this is helpful, Maxine. Before you know it, it'll be your turn to return to a land of magic! While you wait for the big day, you are welcome to explore the Downtown Disney District where unique shopping and dining opportunities abound. Reservations aren't necessary to enjoy this area, but you'll need to follow current health and safety protocols. Thanks again for stopping by planDisney, and we'll see ya real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Betsy, Maryland

Greetings! I'm Betsy, a middle school teacher, wife, and mom of two. My family and I love to travel the world, but our best memories are those made when we're visiting Walt Disney World. No matter how many times we visit, there is always something new to see, ride, or eat at the Disney Parks. Learn More About Betsy
