    Is there any gluten free meals at the restaurants?

    Hi Kathleen,

    Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

    I have good news for you. Walt Disney World is tremendously good at working with guests with food allergies, including those who are gluten-free. I suggest that you take a look at the information about special dietary requests at Walt Disney World. I also suggest that you be sure to note your dietary restriction on any dining reservation that you make at Walt Disney World. You can add this request by calling Walt Disney World dining at 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463).

    When you arrive at a Walt Disney World restaurant, you can ask to speak to a chef regarding your needs. You can also request allergy-friendly menus at quick service and table service restaurants at Walt Disney World. These menus provide information on common allergens, including gluten, in menu items.
