Is there a gluten free, dairy free menu available at the All Star Resort dining hall? Where can we go within Disney to eat a gluten free and non dairy diet?

Hi Troyce! You will be happy to find out that there are many dining options available for your family at the Walt Disney World Resort. Please contact Special Diets at SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com. They will send you a Guest Allergy/Dietary Request Form to complete. Make your Advanced Dining Reservations (ADR) by calling (407) WDW-DINE, and alert the Cast Member making the reservations of your gluten and dairy intolerances. The Cast Member will notate each ADR accordingly. Write down the dates, times, locations, and ADR numbers for each table service restaurant you will be visiting. Complete the Guest Allergy/Dietary Request Form making sure to include that information and send it back to SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com. If you change any ADR between now and your arrival date, you will have to repeat the process by forwarding an updated Guest Allergy/Dietary Request Form to the email address shown above. You may also call (407) 939-3463 to request a gluten-dairy-free special diet at least three days prior to arrival. Alternatively, you can contact each individual dining venue at least 72 hours in advance. In addition, it might be helpful to alert the wait-staff at the restaurant about your family's gluten and dairy intolerances. Many times the chef on duty will talk to you personally about the special diet meal options that are available at the restaurant. In order to make informed decisions at counter service locations, be sure to request the "ingredients list book." You may certainly talk to the managers about your gluten and dairy intolerances at the World Premiere Food Court, the Intermission Food Court, and the End Zone Food Court. You will be directed to suitable items that are safe for your family to consume. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance. Have a memorable vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!
