Hello and welcome back to
planDisney, Diana.
Who doesn’t love dining at
The Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and his pals from the Hundred-Acre Wood in a Victorian-inspired greenhouse of the late 19th century with stunning views of the iconic Cinderella Castle? Truly a buffet with character for any meal of the day.
Diana, upon your arrival, please speak to a Cast Member about the Allergen Guide specifically for this restaurant and request to speak to the chef or a special diet-trained Cast Member before you begin your selections. Great efforts are made for sourcing, preparation, and handling to avoid the introduction of named allergens into allergy-friendly choices on
The Crystal Palace menu.
Diana, in preparation for your upcoming visit, kindly refer to
Walt Disney World Resort’s – Special Dietary Requests resource to familiarize yourself with accommodations during your visit.
For further questions please contact the
Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com team and also ask for a
Special Dietary Request Form if you or anyone in your party requires pureed meals, adheres to a medically-restrictive diet, or has four (4) or more allergy-friendly requests.
Tips:Disney Dining Table-Service venues located within a Walt Disney World Resort theme park require an advance dining reservation, as well as a
Disney Park Pass – Theme Park Reservation.
When using the
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering option in the My Disney Experience App many venues offer Allergy-friendly options, look for the Allergy-friendly icon on the top of the menu screen after you have started your order and selected your timeslot.
For any
Quick-Service venue walk-up ordering not on the mobile order option, look for Allergy-friendly menu options listed on the online menu or posted menu onsite.
It was my pleasure offering assistance today, Diana, and I hope you find this information helpful. Please feel free to ask us any other planning questions, we are here for you!
Best Disney Dishes!
