Are there gluten alternatives at most of the dining locations? I saw the question about vegetarian options but didn’t see anything mentioned about gluten alternatives. Thanks in advance for the help.

    Greetings, Brittany!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for visiting us with your Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. I'm thrilled to assist you and even happier it's one of my favorite topics, Disney dining.

We visited not too long ago with my step-dad who couldn't have gluten and I was incredibly amazed at the options he had to choose from at nearly every restaurant we visited. For table-service restaurants, I added the note to our reservation ahead of time, so a Cast Member would come discuss options with him once we were seated. At quick-service locations, he would simply let the Cast Member know at the register and they would either hand him a special menu, or have a chef come speak with him about his choices or concerns. It was all extremely easy and convenient to order with the rest of us.

In particular, I remember his gluten-free pizza at Pizzafari and his entire meal at the Garden Grill Restaurant being extra delicious. We all wanted to share with him at both of these locations, but there were many more with tasty choices.

Have a great vacation, Brittany, and please send us any other questions or concerns you may have.
