I have a gluten allergy. On our last trip to disney I was so pleased with all the gluten free options. I ate like a queen. What gluten free treats should I not miss out on?

    Hi Candace,

Isn't it so awesome how Walt Disney World caters to guests with special dietary restrictions. You said that you ate like a queen during your last Walt Disney World vacation, and I totally believe you!

There are so many amazing gluten free treats within the parks, and even within the Walt Disney World resorts. We are a family that's obsessed with cookies, so we were excited to learn that the chocolate chip cookies at Columbia Harbour House (our favorite Quick Service restaurant in Magic Kingdom), are gluten free. Also, the snickerdoodles at Biergarten in the Germany Pavilion of Epcot are delicious.

But, my all-time favorite gluten free snack in all of the parks are the macarons at Les Halles Boulangerie and Patisserie in Epcot. The Macaron, as it's called, is filled with raspberry jam, fresh cream and raspberries. You will feel like French royalty once you bite into it!

If you'd like a full list of gluten free snacks and meal offerings, check out the blog allergyfreemouse.com. Lots of great information there for guests with dietary restrictions and food allergies.

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel to ask your question, Candace. Please feel free to come back at any time.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
