    If you are giving monthly payments for your magic key pass, can you cancel Pass and the payments? Even if you have only had your pass for about 3 months?

    I'm so sorry to hear that you are reaching out with questions about handing in your Magic Key. While having a key to the kingdom is a magical experience, I can understand life has ups and downs and financial situations can change, especially during these current times. I would recommend giving the Magic Key Guest Services Team a ring. While Magic Keys are non-refundable, it doesn't hurt to speak to someone directly to discuss your particular situation. This team is dedicated to helping Magic Key Holders like yourself, and you can reach them at (714) 781-7277. 

    While I know you are looking to step away from your Magic Key, I did want to let you know that there are a few key holder perks on the horizon. We are just a few days away from Magic Key Holder Celebration Month this February! With special photo opportunities, limited-edition giveaways and merchandise and even unique eats and treats, it's sure to be a fun time for all who hold these special keys to the kingdom.
