    We have been given a US confirmation number from our travel agent but when trying to use the 180plus10 resort benefit for booking ADRs, the confirmation is not recognised. No one seems to know why. Do we need an alternative number ?

    Hi Rachael!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  I'm sorry you are having difficulty making an Advanced Dining Reservation.  Did you try calling Disney at asking them to help you with the confirmation number?  They have helped me in the past when I thought I had a confirmation number, but really didn't.  They were able to figure out what the confirmation number really was based on the information in their system and their experience.  I recommend calling (407) WDW-DINE and talking directly with a dining reservation expert.

    If that doesn't work, you should call Walt Disney World Guest Relations directly at (407) 824-2222.and ask for help!
