Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Maura!
You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney! Since you've booked your Resort reservations and theme park admission, it sounds like you have all the most important details figured out for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit. Now, all you need to do is link your tickets and Disney Vacation Club reservation to My Disney Experience –– I'm happy to walk you through the steps of adding these items to your account, so you'll be ready to hit the ground running when you arrive in July.
Let's start by linking your
Disney Vacation Club reservation to My Disney Experience. Here's what you'll need to do:
1. Visit the Disney Vacation Club website and sign in using your Disney Account credentials.
2. Under the "My DVC" tab, select
"My Dashboard" from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the arrow next to your existing reservation and write down your reservation number (you'll need it for the next steps).
4. Under "My Trip Options", select "Connect Disney Account".
5. Sign in again using your Disney Account credentials.
6. Under "Maura's Plans and Tickets", scroll over "Resort Hotel" and click the "Link a Reservation" button.
7. Enter your reservation number, as well as the last name of the Primary Guest on your reservation, and select the green "Next" button.
8. Select each Guest from your Friends & Family List and click "Done".
And that's it! You should now see your upcoming reservation listed in
My Disney Experience under "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets". Once your Resort reservation has been added, it's time to link your tickets. To do this, simply click the blue "Add More Plans" button and select "Link Reservations and Purchases" from the drop-down menu. On the next screen, select "Tickets", input the ticket ID number (you can find this on the back of your ticket or in your confirmation email), and click "Next". From there, follow the on-screen prompts to finish linking your ticket to your account.
After your ticket has been added, I suggest checking to make sure that it's been linked properly. You can do this by returning to the main My Disney Experience page and clicking on "Tickets & Memory Maker" under "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets". Once that's done, don't forget to book your theme park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass reservation system. Remember, you'll need to make a theme park reservation for the first park your plan to visit on each day of your trip. You can easily make your reservations right from this page under "Maura's Tickets and Plans", so I suggest doing this as soon as your tickets have been linked. That way, everything will be ready to go as soon as you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort.
I'm so glad you stopped by planDisney, Maura. Please feel free to visit us again if you think of new planning questions before your upcoming vacation –– we're always happy to help!
See Ya Real Soon,
Amy
