Hi Lizanne!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.
I'm happy to hear you had a
Disney PhotoPass photographer capture some of your magical memories on a recent Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I love looking back at photos from past visits, remembering all the fun moments, and seeing how much our kids have grown. We can thank Disney PhotoPass Service for preserving many of those memories for our family.
If you received a PhotoPass card from a photographer, there are several ways to link the card to your My Disney Experience account:
If using a smartphone, open the
My Disney Experience Mobile App and select the three stacked lines on the bottom right to take you to your profile page. Select "Photos", and then "Link Photos" at the top of the page. To enter the ID number of your PhotoPass card, you can use your smartphone to scan the code on the back of the card or type the 16-digit code manually.
On a computer, you can link your PhotoPass card by entering the 16-digit code on the
Disney PhotoPass website. You can find the option to
claim your photos under “Link Photos”.
If you have any issues linking your card, you can
contact Disney PhotoPass Service on their help page. There is also a
phone number you can call to reach out for help with your Disney PhotoPass. If you are getting an error message saying “Someone ate the page”, you might want to check the URL of the page you are trying to access, or log out and refresh your browser - Stitch is so cute, but he's not as cute when he's delivering an error message!
I hope this helps you resolve your issue and enjoy your photos. Have a magical day!
