    I have been given the option to recieve a free upgrade from POP to SS or OKW. I have to children ages 3 and 5. Which of the 2 would you recommend?

    Hi, Courtney!    These free upgrade offers are a nice surprise.  They don't happen very often, but when they do, you need to jump on it ASAP!    The number of upgrades is limited, so it really comes down to the first ones that call in get the free upgrades.   If you call and can choose, I would select Saratoga Springs.   I like that it is a newer property and I enjoy the walk to Downtown Disney.

    If you would like to try to get the upgrade, get on the phone with your PIN number.    I hope there are still rooms available.  If not,  you can try back to see if there are any cancellations, but do not feel bad if you don't get the upgrade this time.   Pop Century is a great resort for families and kids!  Have a great vacation.
