Hello Natalie! Welcome to planDisney.
Walt Disney World Resort has long been committed to making the magic
accessible to everyone.
Disability Access Service (DAS) is a program designed to assist Guests who have difficulty waiting in a traditional queue due to a disability. With DAS, Guests can request a return time for an attraction (the return time is comparable to the current standby wait) and then wait for their turn to ride in an environment that is more comfortable for their needs. As has been the case for many years, all Guests in need of DAS may register in person at
Guest Relations within any theme park. Guests who qualify for DAS will be issued a digital DAS entitlement in their
My Disney Experience account.
Recently, a new pre-registration option was introduced whereby Guests can register via live video chat. The pre-registration option is in addition to (and does not replace) the option to register in person at Guest Relations. At this time, pre-registration via video chat is only available in the United States. Guests visiting Walt Disney World from other countries may use the video chat option once they have arrived in the US or may register in person.
Natalie, if you have any additional questions, please feel free to visit us again anytime. We are always happy to help. Wishing you a wonderful holiday!
