Hi there, James!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for stopping by with your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. It sounds like you'll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth with a large club of Mouseketeers - oh boy! The only thing better than visiting the Walt Disney World Resort is experiencing it with friends and family members. James, I'm happy to help you with your
theme park ticket purchase for your upcoming visit.
If you were provided with a group code for your Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket purchase, first, I'd check with your group's event organizer to see if the tickets need to be purchased via a special link provided to your group. The Walt Disney World Resort website generally does not allow for the entry of group codes, however, some groups receive special links that enable this functionality. (This is often the case with
conventions held at the Walt Disney World Resort.) Alternatively, some groups will need to purchase theme park tickets over the phone by reaching out to the friendly Cast Members at the
New Tickets phone line. There, the Cast Members should be able to input your group code to help you complete your theme park ticket purchase!
James, when traveling with a large group, it can be difficult to plan lots of "together time" due to differences in interests, preferences, and capacity limits. Some of my favorite attractions that accommodate larger groups are Pirates of the Caribbean at
Magic Kingdom Park, Kilimanjaro Safaris at
Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park, and Frozen Ever After at
EPCOT. Another great way to bring the group together is to enjoy a nighttime spectacular together! My personal favorites are Fantasmic! at
Disney's Hollywood Studios and
Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom Park.
I hope this information has been helpful to you, James. I'm wishing you and your group a magical and memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! If you have any additional planning questions, please feel free to stop back by
planDisney again anytime. We're all ears!
See ya real soon,
Lauren
