I was given Disneyland 2 day park hoppers as a gift and was never able to use them. They have expired. Is there any possibility of getting credit towards a new ticket or gift cards to use in the park ?

Greetings, Erin! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I’m sorry that you weren’t able to use the tickets you received as a gift. Theme park tickets typically cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash/credit and once they expire they cannot be used. However, I would still give Ticket Guest Relations a call at (714) 781-4636 to see if they can work any magic.

I certainly hope that you are able to visit the parks sometime soon as there are many new things to explore and even more exciting things coming in the future. Pixar Pier opened this past summer and is a completely reimagined area that features many characters and attractions based on the Pixar films we know and love. The new Lamplight Lounge is also in this area and is an incredible place to experience some gastro-pub cuisine along with lots of innovative cocktails. Coming next summer is the highly anticipated Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. This new area of Disneyland Park is going to be absolutely awe-inspiring for all Guests whether they are huge Star Wars fans or not. It will feature two brand new attractions and Oga’s Cantina which will serve up some unique libations in the spaceport of Black Spire Outpost on the planet of Batuu.

I hope you are able to experience the Happiest Place on Earth soon!
