Can you give suggestions on how to celebrate an adoption at walt disney world?

    Hi Cheri,

As a godmother to an absolutely magical goddaughter, who just so happens to be adopted, I can’t think of a more magical place to celebrate your family than Walt Disney World Resort!

My first bit of advice would be to pick up celebration buttons at Guest Relations at any Theme Park or at Disney Springs. You can write what you’re celebrating on your buttons, if you wish.

Next, celebrations are always an excuse for a feast in my family, so I would also recommend making dining reservations at a table service restaurant as soon as possible. I’m not sure what kinds of foods your family likes, but you really can’t go wrong with a celebration at ‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Plus, I find the food there can satisfy even the pickiest eaters. It’s a fun and festive place, perfect for celebrating your family’s own ‘Ohana! No matter which restaurant you pick, make sure to mention your celebration when you check in for your reservation.

Finally, a Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing would be the perfect way to end your day on a magical high note. A reserved viewing area for fireworks and sweet treats? That sounds like a spectacular way to celebrate your family’s Happily Ever After

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
