Could you give me more information about the fast pass and if it is worth the purchase. What are the options for planning daily activities? Is there any way I can get a physical brochure of all of the parks in advance, mailed to me?

Welcome to planDisney, Kyliesha! I’m so glad you’ve dropped by with your question.

Kyliesha, let’s first talk about the Fastpass+ system. Currently as Walt Disney World Resort continues to operate in a state of phased reopening, the Fastpass+ system is on pause. We don’t yet have word if or when this service may return, but keep a close watch on the Disney Parks Blog as Tinker Bell tends to sprinkle her pixie-dusted announcements there first.

Now, Kyliesha, when thinking about how best to plan your park days, I encourage you to first think about dining. My family and I like to make one Table-Service reservation per day and the timing of this reservation will often dictate the how we tour the park. Other guests prefer to snack or enjoy the Quick-Service dining options that allow for a bit more spontaneity in the day. Before heading to the Most Magical Place on Earth, take a look at all of the restaurant options so that when your Mouseketeers are hungry, you’ll know just what to do!

Next, Kyliesha, as the Fastpass+ system is unavailable, I encourage you to use the park maps and the My Disney Experience Mobile App to help plan your day. While there isn’t an option to have park maps mailed, you can download them here:

    Magic Kingdom Park
    Disney’s Hollywood Studios
    Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park

In the days leading up to your vacation, take a few minutes to view the wait times through the My Disney Experience Mobile App. This may help you get a general idea of which attractions you might want to prioritize or wait until later in the day to visit. I like to pull up the app several times a day in the few days before our arrival to view common wait times for my family’s “must-do” attractions.

Finally, Kyliesha, before I wish you well, please make sure that you have made a complimentary Disney Park Pass reservation for each day you're planning to visit (as this is required in addition to your ticket to gain entry) and should your adventure take you to Disney's Hollywood Studios, please read all about securing a boarding group for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. As there is no standby line for this attraction, it’s important to understand the virtual queue.

Best wishes for a Magical trip. Please come on back with any additional questions!
