Ahoy Judy!
It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you back! I love how much you utilize the Disney Parks Moms Panel for your planning. From all of us, we appreciate you! Am I correct in seeing this is your first Disney Cruise Line question? If so, then I'm thrilled to have you onboard!
What's included in your sailing with Captain Mickey? Why, only the best onboard activities, Broadway-caliber shows, character interactions, and of course, food galore! So relax, let Disney Cruise Line pull up a chair as the dining room proudly presents...your dinner!
Disney Cruise Line's fabulous
rotational dining principle is simple: Guests dine at different restaurants every night all the while keeping the same servers. It’s truly one of the main reasons why my family adores cruising with Captain Mickey. Our rotational dining teams have always impressed us with their attention to detail and exceptional service. So you won’t want to miss out on these uniquely Disney Cruise Line dining experiences which are all included in your cruise reservation.
I'm sensing that you don’t want to forego rotational dining, but merely prefer to just dine with your husband at a private table. Although not guaranteed, that is definitely something that you can request through your travel agent or when you make your reservation with a
Disney Cruise Line Vacation Specialist. Let me assure you, every time we have made a dining request for a separate table, we have been accommodated.
Since it sounds like you’d like to have a romantic meal with your husband, might I suggest
Palo or
Remy? While it’s not included in your cruise pricing, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention these exceptional adult-exclusive venues. While both restaurants have a per person dining charge, I find they are worth every penny because of the stellar service and exquisite dishes. To paraphrase Lumiere, "Try the chocolate soufflé, it's delicious, don't believe me, ask the dishes!"
Even the food ashore on
Castaway Cay is included! With three dining locations serving up hamburgers, hot dogs, BBQ, ribs, fish, salads, and fresh fruit along with soft drinks and soft-serve ice cream, you’ll be able to satiate your taste buds without having to return to the ship.
"Be our guest" and come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel anytime if you have additional questions. Bon Appétit and Happy Sailing!
