    Can you give me some more information on the baby care center? What are the hours it is open, and would it be alright to take an older child there to get away from the fireworks? We will have a 5 year old with us who is very afraid of fireworks.

    Hi An!

    The Baby Care Centers are open from park opening to park closing.  It would be absolutely fine for you to take your five year old there to get away from the fireworks.  In fact, it's a very soothing environment, so even if the child hears the fireworks in the distance, it won't be scary at all.  I'd also like to suggest earphones that are made especially to muffle loud sounds.  This might be a great alternative.  Your child wouldn't be afraid of the loud noises, but would still be able to enjoy the beautiful sight.
