Can you give me an idea of how much it costs to pick a pearl? What are the price ranges for necklace settings? A friend is considering this option as gifts to flower girls in her wedding at GF & I told her I would try to get an idea.

I love the pick a pearl locations at Epcot. I totally recall watching as my two daughters were mesmerized by the entire process at the Japan Pavilion. It was a great memory making family experience that people really enjoy. Watching as someone chooses an oyster and get a pearl at the Japanese pavillion in Epcot is just a great experience. Sizes can range from 6 to 6.5 mm and up, and colors can go from white to pink to orange to blue or gray. The cast members even make a big production about it, announcing the size and color and beating a ceremonial drum. The coast ranges but is usually about $15-$20 with tax included. Any settings are an additional charge. As for settings the prices can vary from as low as about $7.95 to upwards of $80 to $100 dollars. I think that this is a one of a kind unique gift idea that anyone would just love. I hope this helps you and cannot wait to see you at the parks.
