Hello Robyn and thanks for bringing such a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
During our trip to Walt Disney World Resort earlier this year my husband and I enjoyed dining for the very first time at
Crossroads at House of Blues at Downtown Disney .
It was high noon at Downtown Disney on an extremely hot and sunny day, well far too warm for us Brits anyways and I must say it was quite a relief to walk into the dimly lit and very cool air conditioned interior of the Crossroads at House of Blues. After our eyes adjusted to the lowered lighting we were seated almost immediately into a really comfy booth where we both noticed on the surrounding walls lots of interesting folk art and rock/blues posters and memorabilia.
Our server was nice and helped us choose a selection of tasty club sandwiches for our lunch which were accompanied by some delicious sweet potato fries, this then was all washed down with a very welcome chilled drink.
Given my own experience I can absolutely recommend Crossroads at House of Blues to you as a great dining location, I only wish I'd eaten there sooner myself!
For your added information because ours was a spur of the moment decision it didn't require making an Advanced Dining Reservation, however to avoid disappointment at busy times I would advise arranging Advanced Dining Reservations up to 180 days in advance via
My Disney Experience or by speaking with a Cast Member on 407 939 3463.
If I can help sprinkle some extra pixie dust onto an upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort please pop back to ask me another question.
Have a great Disney day.
