Hi Talemah!
I spy with my little eye...a Disney cruise is on your horizon! Get ready to experience
all the Disney magic at sea. You’ll be setting sail on the Disney Fantasy, and I can SEA why you are excited about all the details of your upcoming voyage.
Let me paint the picture for you. Imagine opening your stateroom door and seeing sliding glass doors that open to your very own verandah where you can sit and take in the gorgeous scenery on your Caribbean cruise. Sounds fabulous, right? One of my favorite things to do is sit out on the verandah in the mornings and enjoy coffee and
room service. During our Alaskan cruise, I didn’t want to leave the verandah because it gave us a private area to take in the magnificent scenery and wildlife.
Disney Cruise Line has thought of everything in designing its verandah
staterooms, with an emphasis on comfort, convenience, and practicality. They feature:
-A sitting area with a couch, TV and desk;
-A privacy curtain to separate the sitting and sleeping areas (which is vital for families traveling together);
-A “split bath” that has behind Door # 1 a bathroom with a vanity, sink, shower and tub and behind Door # 2 a half bathroom with a vanity, sink and toilet;
-Elevated bed frames for under-bed storage of suitcases and bigger items;
-Plenty of cabinets for storage; and
-Double closets for hanging up clothing.
Seeing is believing, so scroll through the
Disney Fantasy verandah stateroom gallery of photos and you’ll get a sense of what to expect.
Outside the stateroom, there’s a beautiful ship to explore! The
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will assist you with deck plans, dinner menus, and schedules of onboard activities and entertainment. There’s even a reminder feature that will send you alerts for events you want to attend so you don’t miss out on a single minute of the fun!
Cruise back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have more questions. We’d love to see you again!
Bon Voyage!
