Do they still give free Mouse ears to toddlers who get their first haricut at the Barbershop in the magic kingdom?

They do.  My little girl just had her first haircut their a few months ago.  Our barber, Penny, did an amazing job.  My daughter was wearing her Cinderella costume at the time.  Penny recommended that I get a tierra from the store next door.  She then put my daughters hair in the most adorable bun and set the tierra in perfectly with a little hairspray.  We got a free set of "my first haircut" ears, a certificate of bravery, a handful of pixie dust, and a little package with one of my daughters cut locks.  It stills brings tears to my eyes remembering that experience.

I personally believe Harmony Barber Shop is one of the best bargain to be found in WDW.  I think she looked as pretty as any of the girls who had spent a lot more money going to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.  Not only is the barber shop cheaper than the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, but you don't need advanced reservations, it is strictly first come first serve.  They do not have a minimum age requirement and they have barber like services for the whole family.
