    Can you give a down payment to renew your magic key?

    Hi Leticia! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by and spending your question our way.

    Congratulations on being a Disneyland Resort Magic Key Holder! I hope you have enjoyed the magical benefits of being able to visit The Happiest Place on Earth more often! If you would like to renew your Magic Key, you can do this up to 30 days before the expiration date. One thing to keep in mind is that payments begin once the renewed pass is purchased. This means that if your current pass is not yet expired, you may be making payments for both passes at the same time until you finish making payments for the original pass. A down payment is not required for renewal. However, if you would like to make a down payment, as well as set up payments with a particular payment method, you will need to call the Magic Key Membership Services line at (714) 781-7277.
