    Want to give my 14 & 12 yo boys some independence at DW. Is it best to buy a disney gift card or can I put $ on the KTTWC? Do the KTTWCs have lanyards?

    Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel!  

    There really is just a small difference between the two.  If you decide to use a Disney Gift Card, you will have a set limit of your choice for your youngsters to enjoy.  With your Key to the World card, you cannot put a set amount ahead if time.  Your Key to the World Card is tied to your debit or credit card for charging privileges and will state that on the card itself.  Every member of your party will have a Key to the World card and you can specify which cards have charging privileges. You can view your charges everyday at Guest Services from your resort.  Unfortunately, the cards do not come with lanyards.
