    Girls weekend for my bday on 10/9. Staying for wknd. Arrive MCO @ 10:40 on Bday (9th) . Planning on DHS then ADR at Narcoossee's at 9:00, Epcot on Sat, fly home Sund. NO KIDS!! What are your favorite drinks/foods at the F&W festival? Other suggestio

    The EPCOT Food and Wine Festival is one of my favorite events every year.  I am looking forward to our annual trip back in late October!

    There will be much going on through-out EPCOT on the Saturday of your visit.  Many of these events take place in the Festival Wine Center so stop by there when you enter to see the latest updates.  At 10:30 there is a cheese tasting and throughout the day there will be wine seminars, book signings, culinary demonstrations, and tastings. 

    I would suggest you reserve a spot at the Food and Wine Pairing that takes place that day at Tutto Italia Ristorante from 2:30-4:00pm. These are wonderful and the food and wine presented are not to be missed.  The cost for pairings is $55.00. Another special tasting offered for the first time this year is the Tequila Tasting held in the Mexico Pavilion.  This should also prove to be very popular and would recommend you getting your reservations for this and the cost is $35.00.

    If you want to top your evening off you can make reservations for the Party For the Senses held in the World Showplace Pavilion. The cost for this event is $135.00 but it is an all you can eat and drink affair where you graze from station to station trying different wines from around the world as well as food from the great chefs of Disney and the world.  Such chefs as Cat Cora have made appearances at this event in the past.

    Besides these special events you can just walk and try all the delicacies from each country.  One of my favorite stops is for a glass of champagne in France.  To make reservations for any of the events please call 407-939-3378.  Have fun and Happy Birthday!
