Our girls(10 & 3) aren't adventurous when dining out but my husband and I are looking forward to the ADR's we've made so far. Could you tell me a little of what options we have when there's nothing on the menu a picky child will eat?

Hi, Latoya!  I have 2 kids who could live on chicken fingers and french fries, so I know how you feel!

I suggest you go to www.allears.net.   Select DINING across the top and you can then look through the restaurants you have already booked.   You can look at the kids menus to see if there will be something for your picky eaters to choose from!  You will find that most restaurants are quite kid-friendly with their menus.  I just looked at a couple - Flying Fish and Jiko - just to get an idea.  They both had some type of pasta dish, grilled cheese, or grilled chicken with mashed potatoes.   Pretty much good-kid-stuff!

If there isn't anything, perhaps there is an appetizer or soup they will enjoy?   If there still isn't anything, talk to your servers to see if they can come up with perhaps an entree that is on the menu, but serve it plain without seasonings and sauces.

I hope you and your husband get to enjoy some fabulous restaurants on your vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
