    My girlfriend's mother got breast cancer surgery during the time we were supposed to go to Disneyland and we haven't had the time to reserve new dates. Is there any way to get a refund or get back our tickets to be able to go now that we have time?

Please tell your girlfriend that the whole planDisney family is sending hugs and pixie-dusted positive thoughts her way! 

    I'm glad to let you know that you can apply the value of your wholly unused Disneyland Resort tickets to purchase a new ticket. You can do so by gathering the information for these expired tickets (such as your order confirmation email) and calling the Disneyland Resort at (714) 781-4636.
