My girlfriend and I are going to WDW May 16 through the 23rd and we have heard that a good place to dine and watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks would be in the Contemporary. Is this true? Bobbie

    Hi Bobbie!

Disney is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway, and watching Wishes with your special someone is the perfect way to end a Disney Day!  One of the most romantic ways to see Wishes is from the California Grille Restaurant at the Contemporary Resort.  When the fireworks start, the lights dim and the soundtrack from the show is piped in.  As you can imagine, this is a tough reservation to "snag", so be sure to make advanced dining reservations by calling (407) 939-3463 up to 90 days before your visit.  You can also see Wishes from Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian.  Finally, the beaches of any of the resorts on the monorail (Polynesian, Grand Floridian and Contemporary) are a great (and free) romantic spot to catch the show as well.

    Have a wonderful trip!
