    My girlfriend and I are planing a trip in September, and I was wondering if can you make reservation's before purchasing the dining deluxe plan.

    Dining reservations for most restaurants can be made up to 180 days out, whether you will be participating in a dining plan or not.  Just call 407-WDW-DINE.  The Cast Member who assists with your reservations will ask if you are on a dining plan.  Tell him or her that you are not, but that you might purchase it later.  It really won't change anything with regard to your reservation.  If you do add the deluxe dining plan on later, you'll just be sure to let the server at the restaurant know that you will be using dining plan credits for your meal.
