Hello. My girlfriend & I are heading back to DW in late November/early December. Both vegetarian, can you recommend a nice table service restaurant, as we want to celebrate our first night of our trip together? We know they offer great options, regard

    Hi Keith!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

You are visiting Walt Disney World Resort at a wonderful time of year - low crowds, and all the Christmas decorations to enjoy.  I love visiting at this time of year.

You will be pleased to know there are many vegetarian options at Walt Disney World.  There is usually something on the menu of the table service restaurants to suit your dietary requirements.  I would also recommend mentioning to your server that you are vegetarian, and there might be other menu options that will be offered to you.  I have often seen the chef come to the table of guests and discuss what can be offered, in addition to items listed on the menu.

I often refer to  another website: allears.net which has a good listing of menus for most of the restaurants at Walt Disney World, and this may help you make your decision of where to dine.

As a starting point, you may wish to check the menus for the following restaurants:
Boma -Flavors of Africa (Animal Kingdom Lodge)
    Flying Fish Cafe (Boardwalk)
    California Grill (Contemporary Resort)
    The Wave (Contemporary Resort)
    Narcoossee's (Grand Floridian)
    Artist Point (Wilderness Lodge)

If you have any other questions, please come back and ask me - I would be happy to help you plan your magical vacation!
