Hey there Alfonso,
Welcome to planDisney - we're so glad you stopped by with your question! It's great to hear that you have a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth coming up in just a couple of weeks - have you started counting down the days, yet?!
When you visit, the only time currently that a valid government-issued photo ID is required when entering the parks is if you and your girlfriend have purchased the
California Resident Ticket Offer. Since this special offer is only valid within ZIP codes 90000 to 96199, a valid photo ID is required to show proof of residency.
If you purchased standard
theme park tickets, then you're all set! When you first scan your tickets, a Cast Member will take a quick picture that will be associated with your tickets for their entire use, and you'll be ready to start your Disneyland Resort adventure.
However, if your girlfriend does have the California Resident Ticket Offer and will not be able to get a valid photo ID by the time of your visit then you'll want to
call a Cast Member at the Tickets line to upgrade her ticket to a standard theme park ticket for her visit instead and pay the difference. After that, you two will be good to go!
I hope you two have a fantastic visit to the Disneyland Resort! Thank you again for your question.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
