Hello, Karine!
Welcome to planDisney with an excellent question. I am happy to hear you will soon be making memories with your family at the Walt Disney World Resort!
My youngest princess is 2-years-old, and I cannot wait to take her on her first visit to
The Most Magical Place on Earth. There is nothing more special than
experiencing the magic through the eyes of little ones! As you know, Mouseketeers under the age of 3 are Mickey’s Guests, so they do not require admission. However, since your daughter will turn 3-years-old the day she visits the parks, she will also need theme park tickets. Please note that Guests ages 3 and older are also required to have a theme park reservation for the same park on the same date in addition to theme park admission, so be sure to make
Disney Park Pass reservations for your princess after purchasing her tickets.
To make your daughter’s birthday celebration even more special, remember to stop by Guest Relations when you arrive at the theme parks to request a birthday button and let everyone else know you are commemorating her special day! I also recommend making dining reservations for a character dining meal. If you are visiting Magic Kingdom Park, try making reservations for breakfast at
Chef Mickey's, located at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. After your meal, you can take a quick walk to the park. I also recommend
Tusker House Restaurant at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park,
Hollywood & Vine at Disney’s Hollywood Studios,
Garden Grill Restaurant at EPCOT, and breakfast at
Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera located at Disney’s Riviera Resort. What I love about Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera is that you can take the
Disney Skyliner after breakfast to travel to Disney’s Hollywood Studios or EPCOT. Be sure to
order a festive Mickey Mouse Celebration Cake when you arrive at the restaurant for your meal!
I hope this information is helpful, Karine. Stop by once again if you have additional questions, we are delighted to help!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
