Gifted DVC points to stay for 1 week at BWV (2 bed villa). I know they trash & tidy on day 4. What if we run out of toilet paper or paper towels before that? Can we request more for free or do they charge? Should we bring our own? TIA!

Hi Candice, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

How wonderful to be gifted a stay at the fabulous Disney's BoardWalk Villas. I expect you will find your spacious and recently renovated 2-Bedroom Villa will feel like a true "home-away-from-home" accommodation.

Candice, you have definitely done your research and are therefore aware that as your Villa was booked using Disney Vacation Club points, and you are staying seven or fewer days, you will receive complimentary Trash & Towel Service on Day 4 of your vacation. Mousekeepers will collect trash, provide fresh towels, and replace toiletries, facial tissues, toilet paper, detergent, and coffee supplies. For stays of eight days or more, you receive a full cleaning on Day 4, with Trash & Towel Service provided again on Day 8.

I expect you will find sufficient toilet paper and paper towel supplies in your Villas which will last until your forth day when you receive Trash & Towel service. However, if required, you can certainly contact Mousekeeping to request these supplies be replenished. I am advised that reasonable replenishment of such items is supplied free of charge.

I hope this information is helpful to you, Candice, as you continue to plan your stay. Wishing you a Magical upcoming Disney vacation!
