Are there gift exchanges similar to fish extenders for the resort's at WDW?

    Hi Dan!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your question put a huge smile on my face! One of my husband's favorite stories is reminiscing about when we made our own "Fish Extender" from scratch. Needless to say, neither of us are skilled in using a sewing machine so we laughed a lot and tried our best. We're proud to say that our "Fish Extender" is still hanging outside our stateroom door during each voyage with Captain Mickey!

I don't believe Walt Disney World Resort has any type of gift exchange like the "Fish Extender". The Resort hotel room doors don't have a mail holder outside of them to hang things from like Guests find on the Disney Cruise ships. Even though "Fish Extenders" are not an official activity with Disney Cruise Line, my family enjoys exchanging treats while sailing the high seas with Captain Mickey!

Dan, I'm sorry I didn't have better news for you. Hopefully, on your next Disney Cruise Line cruise, you'll participate in "Fish Extender" activities with other Guests onboard!
